Why is it necessary to request TILS services at least two days in advance?

Due to the large number of demands received by TILS group, it's of paramount importance to have this time for internal organization.

In case of abdication of the service, why is it necessary to cancel the demand priorly?

In order to enable the service for a demand that has been denied and for the group's reorganization.

Why is it necessary to send the materials in for previous study by TILS group members?

Considering TILS group operates in UFRGS' various academic units, each one with specific themes, previous study of the material is fundamental in order to assure the quality of the service.

Does the TILS group translate and interpret in other languages?

The group's operation is exclusively with the language pair LIBRAS-Portuguese and vice-versa. In case of events in other languages, it is necessary translation or interpretation for one of those.
