Graduation course completion documents

Certificate which informs that degrees from acknowledged undergraduation courses, when registered, are valid nationwide as proof of graduation received by the holder and that the graduation diploma enables for undertaking of graduation courses within the country, as set at Law 9.394/1996 (Law of guidelines and foundations for national education).

The document informs the course, curriculum, semester of course conclusion, date of graduation, the student's final rating on a scale of 0 to 10 and the formula used to calculate the final score rating.

This document informs the composition of the course curriculum and the curriculum completion rate achieved by the student, besides informing the number of stages (semesters) in the course curriculum and the course stage (semester) in which the student currently is, besides informing if the student is or not probable to graduate within the semester.

The UFRGS certificate informs UFRGS address, CNPJ and accreditation legislation, informs about the validity of the graduation diploma (enables the undergraduate diploma of UFRGS to carry out graduate courses in the country) and about the evaluation system of the University, based on General Regulation.

Este processo administrativo, a ser inserido no SEI, destina-se a alunos(as) de graduação da UFRGS que desejam solicitar matrícula em atividades de ensino das etapas finais do seu curso, também conhecidas como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. Este tipo de processo poderá também ser utilizado para matrícula em outras atividades de ensino que não possuem código e não podem ser realizadas pelo portal do aluno ou portal de matrícula, necessitando que o registro seja feito através do SISGRAD (Sistema de Graduação). Dependendo do currículo ao qual o(a) discente esteja vinculado(a), essas atividades de ensino poderão ter nomes distintos. Recomenda-se verificar o currículo do seu curso antes do preenchimento deste processo.
